Am I ordering original parts?

Every product listed on the website of GPC is described with the quality standard. Most parts are original parts or AAA-quality parts, unless stated differently.

How long does the shipping take?

When an order is placed and the payment has been processed, your parcel will be shipped the same day. Depending on the country you are from, shipping may take 1 to 3 working days. On holiday or special days, shipping may take slightly longer than expected.

What is Express Delivery?

Express delivery means that your order will be delivered in usually 24 hours, except when there's delays.

What if I don't receive my package?

In case your order does not arrives to its final destination you will be notified and the items will be returned to us. This may occur if you are not available at the delivery time, note that the logistic service will try to deliver the order more than once.

You must meet the following qualifications:
