All orders below €150 (excluding tax) within the Netherlands will be charged with €6,75 standard shipping fees via GLS. Orders above €150 (excluding tax) within the Netherlands will not be charged of any shipping fees via GLS.

The shipping cost via DHL may vary on the volume weight of the box. Please contact us via info@gpcgsm.nl to request a shipping quote via DHL. You can also use your own DHL account number if you have one.

What is Express Delivery?

Express delivery means that your order is delivered on specific time and on saturday.

What if I don't receive my package?

In case your order does not arrives to its final destination you will be notified and the items will be returned to us. This may occur if you are not available at the delivery time, note that the logistic service will try to deliver the order more than once.

How do I know where my package currently is?

You'll receive a tracking code that'll allow you to observe the process of delivery.

How do I qualify for wholesale/dealer account?

You must meet the following qualifications:

  • Store that works in telecom sector/mobile repair shop.
  • Valid Chamber of Commerce or VAT number.
